Chord Options (Root / Scale / CP Toggle)

Purpose

The global tonal-centre control: sets the root note and scale (major/minor) used by every chord-following sequencer, hosts the per-mode chord-adjustment tweaks, and the per-sequencer CP-follow toggle that decides which sequencers track the chord progression at all.

Interaction

Three bands on the shared view:

Row 8, chord-root strip: 12 cells (LHS cols 1–8 = roots 0–7, RHS cols 1–4 = roots 8–11). Selected root is bright; others dim.
RHS rows 7–8, cols 7–8, the scale region: row 8 selects major/minor; row 7 toggles the major/minor chord-adjustment flags.
Row 1, the CP toggle: one cell per chord-following sequencer (LHS cols 1–7 = sequencers 1–7, RHS cols 1–7 = sequencers 9–15). Off = slate grey, on = the sequencer’s own colour.
