TR-8 Accent

Purpose

Edit the TR-8’s per-step accent intensity using 8 row-selected levels (row 1 = no accent, row 8 = full accent). Same gesture model as the step velocity/duty views, targeting the global tr8_accent array.

Interaction

Columns are steps (LHS = 1–8, RHS = 9–16), rows are values (row 1 bottom = no accent … row 8 top = full accent). Each step lights a single pad at the height of its stored value, not a bar filled from the bottom; a positioner colour marks the playing step, and columns whose step carries a trig anywhere in the kit are shaded slate behind the contour. Pressing a pad writes that row’s accent instantly. No modifier needed.
